2.5 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on jillypark: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of jillypark or its affiliates; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (d) persons in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillypark account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login details with any third party.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the jillypark Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jillypark does not charge currency conversion fees on PHP transactions.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jillypark currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at jillypark's discretion.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jillypark aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification.
4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a legitimate source. jillypark prohibits the use of funds derived from illegal activities. jillypark complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jillypark reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available from customer support.
5.1 jillypark may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which are published alongside each promotion.
5.2 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers – including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, or the use of automated software – constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
5.3 jillypark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes.
5.4 Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
6.1 All games available on the jillypark Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

9.2 jillypark does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jillypark shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device as a result of your use of the Platform.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jillypark's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. jillypark is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the Platform. You agree to use the Platform responsibly and within your means.

11.1 jillypark reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.
11.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, jillypark may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation . Any real-money balance remaining in your account after the resolution of any investigation will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable legal requirements.
11.3 You may close your jillypark account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after all pending transactions have been settled and any applicable verification requirements have been met.
11.4 jillypark reserves the right to suspend access to the Platform for scheduled or emergency maintenance. Where possible, jillypark will provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods. jillypark shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability during maintenance windows.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.2 In the event of a dispute between you and jillypark, you agree to first contact jillypark's customer support team at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter informally. jillypark will endeavour to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of such dispute.
12.4 jillypark's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in this section.
13.1 jillypark reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jillypark will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jillypark Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
